Awesome company to deal with! To start, the items are crafted with care and perform even better than I thought they would. The diffuser really spreads the oils into the air without creating a mess, which is a big plus compared to some other diffuser/humidifier options. Also, I had ordered an extra nebulizer bottle that came damaged. A fast phone call later, and they sent me a replacement. It showed up quickly and in perfect condition.

The diffuser showed up right on schedule. The packaging was simple yet well thought out, ensuring the diffuser stayed safe during transit. That matters to me since I've been trying to be more eco-conscious, and I definitely didn't want a damaged item. Setting up the diffuser was a breeze, and the setup instructions were straightforward and easy to follow, just like the care guidelines. Living in a place where black mold can be a problem, I was on the lookout for a diffuser that didn’t need water to spread the organic oil scent. This one fit the bill perfectly. It’s a beautiful addition to my decor. Plus, it’s quiet enough not to interfere with TV time or sleep. It works great in my master bedroom. I'm also glad they offer organic oils for their diffusers. I plan to grab another one for my office. This would also be a fantastic gift for anyone who loves aromatherapy.

Ever since I started using the ArOmis, I can actually breathe better in the winter when the indoor air gets super dry. I really wish they had a glass globe that didn’t need filling up so often, though. I’ve already bought and am using the Eros Nebulizer bottle, but it still needs to be refilled quite a bit if you run it for long hours during the day. Overall, I’m really pleased with my purchase. I picked up my first one 4 years back and recently received my second. The quality is fantastic and it's a way better option compared to candles.

The owner was super helpful, really knows their stuff, and is straight-up honest. It's awesome to use a diffuser dry. Plus, it runs quietly on the lower settings. The sleep blend smells amazing and does its job well!

I ordered six units that were supposed to be dark, but instead, I got six lighter shades. When I reached out to customer service, they said I’d have to cover the shipping costs both ways to get the right colors. I already shelled out a good amount for these, and honestly, they feel a bit pricey (even though I snagged them from the clearance section). I got both the 12-hour and the 8-hour (10 minutes on, 10 minutes off) options, but with the 10-minute setting, I gotta say, it doesn’t really fill my small one-bedroom apartment with fragrance—maybe just one room at a time, which is a letdown.

The 12-hour ones were meant for a bigger space in a house, so I’m crossing my fingers that they’ll work better with the continuous scent flow. Overall, I’d probably suggest sticking with the manual 12-hour units if you’re after something for a larger area. I haven’t tried them out yet, though.

At this point, I feel like it wasn’t worth the cash, even with the discounts, and I kinda regret getting six of them (it ended up being $85 CAD each after all the deals). Should’ve just dipped my toes in with one of each timer setting first and maybe skipped buying more.

The canister I got was pretty basic, not the one with the swirls I had picked out. But hey, it does its job just fine.

Aromis offers replacement parts for diffusers, including older versions. The website is top-notch and international shipping is a breeze. It’s a tad pricey and there were some delays in delivery from overseas, but all in all, we’re pretty happy with Aromis's customer service and the product.

Once again, dealing with Aromis is a total joy, and their offerings are top-notch! The aroma of the Organic oils is incredible (I've personally sampled a bunch of others, but these are hands down my favorite). The standard of the diffusers, along with prompt shipping and service, is always reliable. Big thanks for providing such fantastic products and outstanding customer support!

To sum it up, I got the new motor along with a few other things. My machine was still running, but I had been using it for quite a while. Setting it up was just like the video demonstrated. I've noticed a significant drop in noise, so maybe it was time for an upgrade before it gave up the ghost.

I'm really into these oil diffusers. They’re crafted nicely and have an artistic vibe. Using them is a breeze—no need for water. The fragrance is more intense and sticks around longer because it’s not diluted.

I can't express enough how fantastic these diffusers are, but I'll give it a shot. I've been using them for a couple of years now. The fragrance is way stronger and lasts longer compared to other options. Those water humidifier diffusers just release the oil in the first few minutes and then act like a regular humidifier for the rest of the time. If I wanted a humidifier, I'd just grab one of those. When I'm in the mood for an oil diffuser, this is the only one I reach for. Give it a go, and you'll understand.

Over the last few years, I've given a bunch of diffusers a shot, but none hold a candle to the ArOmis! What I really dig is that there's no need to add water, and the fragrance is so strong it fills up our whole place! Awesome product!

What I adore even more than this item (I've got a couple) is the customer support. I needed assistance with cleaning one of them, and they were incredibly helpful. Definitely recommend!
